Our Junior Striders were competing at the Bridge Aquathlon earlier today (which included the Regional qualifications for the South East and London too)
The lake temperature was a balmy 26degrees, which made this a non wetsuit swim, followed by a very hot run alongside the lake!
They did brilliantly and really supported each other too – well done 👏

Another great Striders Pub Run last night! 🙌
Andy and Vanessa put together the running and walking routes and what a great job they did! Thanks also to the Plough Inn at Lewson Street for their hospitality.
These Pub Runs are open to all members and they are a great chance to meet new people and catch up with others too.
