Race Reviews
Below are a selection on reviews on our race taken from the Runners World website
"Really enjoyed this course and you knew as you were climbing higher and higher that the last four miles would be predominantly downhill. Good race for a negative split, and definite PB potential. Marshalls did a great job and it was well organised. I look forward to coming back next year. Thankyou Sittingbourne."
"Nicely undulating, hills not too challenging. Don't be put off by the steep one after 1st mile, the ones that follow are not nearly as bad. Great organisation, facilities and marshalling. Will definitely be back."
"I really enjoyed the race, although a relatively small field the organisation was excellent and very well thought through.
Worth arriving early as we did to grab some supplier special offers!
The race itself was really enjoyable, only my second 10miler but secured myself a new PB so very pleased with that.
Yummy apples at the end donated by a local orchard I believe... yum! (Had they been a stall I would have bought a bucketful!)"
"Very well organised race, plenty of parking and good facilities including a mini "expo" type event with a couple of running gear sellers (picked up a couple of bargains!), massage, tea, coffee, ice creams and burgers etc. Course was rolling shall we say, only one short sharp hill and then basically meandering upwards for the first six miles or so and then back down for the last four, two water points were well run and the plentiful marshalls all very encouraging and organised, no chances of getting lost! Goody bag at the end with a t-shirt and a mars bar with more drinks and apples. Very hard to fault anything really, personally would have preferred a medal than a t-shirt but that's just me!"
"Good training race for the distance, undulating with slick organisation!"
