Cross Country

Each Year the club takes part in the Kent Fitness cross country league. The league is designed for non elite athletes and consists of 7 races which are all about 5-6 miles. The races are staged at venues across kent and run from October to February.

All abilities of runner are welcome, the races are held on Sunday mornings and are usually good fun.

The Kent Fitness League website is hosted by Canterbury Harriers and has lot's of information and statistics on every one's performance.
